Hello, I am Mark Thomas. I'm an Ann Arbor hometown builder and the owner on the tools. I'm a licensed residential builder (License #: 242401295), with a background spanning welding, carpentry, tiling, and decks. Though I've been in the trades my whole life, I started this company in 2020 (interesting time to start a home service business for sure)
